A message from Mrs. Cabanas

Welcome to a new school year at Richardson PREP HI Middle School. The students, staff, and parents of RPH have earned the distinction of being recognized as a California Distinguished School nine times, with the most recent awards in 2021 and 2019, a 2019 National ESEA Distinguished School, a California Gold Ribbon School in 2017, National Blue Ribbon School in 2016 and 2009, and a Title One Academic Achievement Award School in 2017 & 2011. This is a tribute to our dedicated students, staff, and parents working together as a team. Students are expected to take responsibility for their own success through persistence, diligence, and hard work. Although we expect students to work hard, they will receive the encouragement and support of our school staff and systems we have in place. Students will be rewarded with not only a high quality education, but also with a culture of support, fun, and one of many opportunities for students to connect.
